Thank you for an amazing 2 years!
June 30, 2008 marked the 2 years of Jawbreaking Jewelry being in business. Let me just say that I would have NEVER even imagined of Jawbreaking becoming as big as it is today, and it’s still growing. I remember first starting out on my bedroom floor, and the first necklace I made was a huge, black Chanel logo. Yep, how scenie weenie of me.
It all started off on my bedroom floor and on this bar stool that I took from my kitchen… As you can see, I didn’t have much space to work with at all. 
Now, I’m working in my walk in closet in my newer house. And soon, I’ll be moving into my bonus room and I’ll be splitting it down the middle. One half will be my bedroom and the other half will be my office!
SO much has changed since the summer of 2008! The banners above are so… I don’t even know how to describe it… just obnoxious. Well, they’re obnoxious to me at least. Thinking about it today, I still can’t believe that people bought my stuff when I first started back in summer ‘08! It was all so… ugly and the craftsmanship was terrible. So many people shopped at JJ and just thinking about it makes me think like “Really? How did you people buy this? It was so ugly.” Here are some of the customers who bought JJ back in the day! It’s so weird looking at all the old pictures of my jewelry and all the old customers photos from beginning to end. You guys are amazing! A lot of you guys are such frequent buyers and I love talking to all of you via Twitter on a daily basis! Ha, big thanks to every social networking site that I’m a part of. Without Myspace, Tumblr, Twitter, Facebook, and Youtube, I don’t even know how I would be able to spread the word. I first started on Myspace 2 years ago. I know have 16,000+ friends on Myspace, and now I’ve moved on to Twitter which is what seems to be the new thing that everyone is using, and I find so many more potential customers on it, and you’re all so fun to talk to!
